"We have purchased all of our Ski Boats from Skier's Pier. The experience has always been exceptional. This past month we had the opportunity to train at H2osmosis training center in Charleston, SC. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Skier's Pier was sponsoring them. All training center was everything we could have asked for. Seth was a great and very patient coach. I think we both got more out of the 3 days of training at the center than any other coaching we had received. The atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable. The best part about it was that we were able to ski behind the 2010 Response LXI. I would highly recommend Skier's Pier and H2osmosis to anyone looking to purchase a boat or interested in getting coaching. "

"Service and Dealer Responsiveness = Great Experience
I purchased a used '04 Malibu VLX this summer from out of state, and with any used boat there were things that I needed fixed -- Clint and Janet in the Service Department treated my like a long-time customer. Flexible, friendly and accommodating, I'm so pleased we decided on Malibu vs. the competing brands in the Mi area.
Case in point -- Saturday evening of the labor day long weekend, I lost the perfect pass set screw. Throttle was dead, and the remaining weekend was shot. I remember Clint mentioning he was doing inventory on Sunday, and took a chance to go over to the shop at 9:00 AM. The team leader (Clint) was in the back doing inventory. When he saw me at the front door he opened the store, took me to the back parts room -- opened a kit and handed me a new allen screw and the allen wrench and sent me on my way with the instructions how to correct the issue... no charge.
He said that he'll order a replacement for his stock and apologized on behalf of Malibu that I was inconvenienced -- Skier's Pier in Michigan -- that's why I own a Malibu versus any other boat.

"Dave, Ron, Nick and Sue were great to deal with! I was looking for a performance inboard from one of the big three inboard companies out there (Malibu, Mastercraft, Nautique) and it needed to have an open bow, low hours, nice upholstery, tandem axle trailer, be clean and under 10K! Not much to ask for, right!
After searching for about three months in my local state of Minnesota I discovered a dealership in Michigan with two such boats! One of the two boats sold quickly and the other I bought quickly after phone conversations, emails and digital photos from Dave Calme. After two months of emails (about 25 total) and waiting, I picked up the boat and discovered it was in the exact same shape and condition in which Dave had informed me!
We put new tires on the trailer and my brother and I pulled the boat home and have been running it hard with my family and friend ever since. A great experience and one of the reasons I've very happy with my 'new' vintage Malibu. "
